PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, LAUNCHING, OR USING BLACKWOOD. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE PRODUCT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE PRODUCT.

This EULA is a legally binding contract between You ("User", "you", or "your") and AttritoM7 Productions LTD. ("AttritoM7", "Licensor", "we", "us", or "our") governing your non-commercial personal use of the videogame BLACKWOOD, including its software executable, game client, online services, server infrastructure, updates, patches, downloadable content, audio-visual materials, virtual items, and related documentation (collectively, the "Product").


"Additional Content" means downloadable content, expansions, updates, patches, cosmetic items, bonus content, soundtrack products or other additional materials made available for use with BLACKWOOD, unless separate terms expressly apply to that content.

“Affiliate” means any parent, subsidiary, sister concern, directors, officers, employees and contractors of AttritoM7.

"BLACKWOOD" or "Game" means the videogame developed, published or distributed by or on behalf of AttritoM7 Productions LTD., including its applicable versions, editions and releases.

"Creator Content" means User-created or User-produced material that incorporates, depicts, comments on, or is otherwise based on BLACKWOOD or Game Content, including gameplay recordings, livestreams, screenshots, reviews, walkthroughs, Let's Plays, reaction videos, tutorials, video essays, commentary, fan videos and similar content.

"Feedback" means voluntary suggestions, ideas, recommendations, bug reports, comments, concepts, proposals or other Feedback concerning BLACKWOOD or the Product that you provide to AttritoM7, excluding original creative material that is independently created by you and is not submitted as Feedback.

"Game Content" means all creative, audiovisual, technical and other content, materials and components contained in, generated by, incorporated into, or made available through the Product that are owned by, licensed to, or otherwise controlled by AttritoM7 or its licensors, including software and code, characters, names, story elements, dialogue, fictional settings, artwork, graphics, models, textures, animations, maps, interfaces, cinematics, music, sound recordings, sound effects, voice recordings, visual effects, scripts, fonts, logos, trademarks, documentation and other files, assets or materials.

"Intellectual Property Rights" means copyrights, trademarks, trade names, design rights, patents, trade secrets, database rights, moral rights, neighboring or related rights and other intellectual property or proprietary rights recognized under applicable law.

"Mod" means a User-created modification, add-on, extension, customization, translation, conversion, map, level, gameplay modification, cosmetic modification, tool, script or other User-created content specifically designed to modify, supplement, interact with or operate with BLACKWOOD, but does not include a standalone copy of the Game or a substantially complete reproduction of the Game.

"Mod Creator" means an individual, group, organization, studio or other person or entity that creates, develops, publishes, distributes or otherwise makes a Mod available.

"Personal Entertainment" means non-commercial use of the Product by an individual for ordinary recreational purposes, subject to the specific permissions for Mods, Creator Content and other activities expressly


The Product is licensed, not sold. Subject to your compliance with this EULA and any applicable mandatory rights under the laws of your place of residence, AttritoM7 grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to install, access, and use the Product solely for Personal Entertainment purposes on devices, under your direct custody and control, permitted by the authorized platform through which you lawfully obtained the Product.
Your license begins when you lawfully obtain and install or otherwise access the Product and continues until you cease using the Product or this EULA is terminated in accordance with its terms.

By downloading, installing, launching, accessing, or otherwise using the Product, or by selecting an option indicating your acceptance of this EULA, you agree to be bound by its terms. If you are entering into this EULA on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to legally represent or bind such person or entity to this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, you must not download, install, access, or use the Product.

All rights in and to the Product that are not expressly granted to you under this EULA are reserved by AttritoM7.


Your use of the Product may also be subject to additional terms imposed by the authorized digital storefront, platform, console manufacturer, online service provider or other third party through which you obtain or access the Product ("Platform"). Where applicable, those third-party terms govern matters within the control of the relevant third party, including purchases, payments, refunds, accounts, platform services, cloud saves, achievements and other platform-specific functionality.


BLACKWOOD and all elements of the Product are owned by or licensed to AttritoM7 Productions LTD. This includes, without limitation, the software and code, title and branding, characters, names, story, dialogue, fictional settings, artwork, graphics, models, textures, animations, interfaces, cinematics, music, sound recordings, sound effects, voice recordings, visual effects, logos, concepts, documentation and other creative or technical materials.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted in this EULA, no ownership, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property right is transferred and you acknowledge and agree that you have no interest, monetary or otherwise, in any feature or Content contained in the Game. This paragraph will survive the termination of this EULA.


AttritoM7 supports community modding. Any individual creator, modding team, community group, studio or other creator may create, modify, publish, share and distribute Mods designed to work with BLACKWOOD ("Mods") without requiring prior written approval from AttritoM7, provided the Mod complies with this EULA and applicable law.

Creators may use BLACKWOOD Game Content only as reasonably necessary to create and operate Mods for BLACKWOOD. A Mod must require a lawful copy of BLACKWOOD to function and must not distribute the complete Game, a substantially complete copy of the Game, the original executable or extracted Game assets as a standalone asset package.

Creators may collaborate, publish source files for their own original Mod content, distribute Mod packs, accept voluntary donations, and monetize the Mods or videos or livestreams that feature their Mods, provided such activity does not imply official endorsement by AttritoM7.

Creators retain ownership of original material they independently create for a Mod. AttritoM7 retains ownership of all BLACKWOOD intellectual property used in or referenced by the Mod. By publicly distributing a Mod, the creator grants AttritoM7 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce and share the Mod and related screenshots or footage for the purposes of community features, promotion, moderation, preservation and showcasing BLACKWOOD, with reasonable attribution where practicable.

Mods must not contain malicious code, facilitate piracy or security circumvention, falsely present themselves as official BLACKWOOD content, or infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights of third parties. AttritoM7 is not responsible for third-party Mods and does not guarantee their compatibility, security, stability or continued functionality after Game updates.


You may record, livestream, edit, publish and monetize genuine BLACKWOOD gameplay through services such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Facebook and similar platforms. This permission includes reviews, walkthroughs, Let's Plays, reaction videos, tutorials, commentary, video essays and similar transformative Creator content.
This permission does not allow you to distribute the Game itself, upload extracted Game assets for download, present substantial cinematics as a substitute for the Game, or upload the soundtrack, dialogue, sound effects or other protected media as standalone content.

You must not represent unofficial content as being produced, approved, sponsored or endorsed by AttritoM7 unless such approval has been provided in writing.


Except for permitted creator monetization, Mod activity under Section 3, and any separate written permission granted by AttritoM7, you may not sell, rent, sublicense, commercially redistribute, commercially exploit or otherwise transfer the Product or substantial portions of it.

You may not extract, package, redistribute, sell or license BLACKWOOD models, textures, animations, scripts, dialogue, artwork, cinematics, music, sound effects, voice files, logos or other Game assets as standalone content, asset packs, datasets or Products.

Except as expressly permitted by this EULA or applicable law, you may not, and may not permit, assist, or encourage any third party to:

a) sell, transfer, assign, sublicense, gift, share, or otherwise make available your Account, or any rights or obligations under this EULA, to any other person. You are responsible for all activities conducted through your Account;
b) copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, frame, link to, host, cache, license, or otherwise exploit the Game, the Product, or any Game-related content, information, software, Products, or services, except as expressly authorized by this EULA;
c) modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying ideas, or structure of the Game or Product, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
d) use the Game, the Product, or any Game-related content, information, software, Products, or services for any commercial purpose, including selling, renting, leasing, licensing, advertising, monetizing, or otherwise exploiting the Game or Product for commercial gain, except as expressly permitted under Clause 4 of this EULA;
e) circumvent, disable, defeat, or otherwise interfere with any ownership verification, authentication, digital rights management, access-control, security, or other technological protection measures applicable to the Game or Product;
f) remove, alter, obscure, or bypass any copyright, trademark, proprietary, attribution, or other notices or protections contained in or associated with the Game or Product;
g) use of any intellectual property, content, software, or other materials contained in the Game or Product to create unauthorized competing products or services, or any system or means through which third parties may access or play the Game without authorization, including server emulators;
h) take any action that damages, disables, overburdens, impairs, disrupts, or interferes with the operation, security, integrity, or availability of the Game, Product, or any related online infrastructure or services, including by imposing an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on such infrastructure;
i) interfere with, disrupt, or adversely affect another person's use or enjoyment of the Game or Product, including through cheating, exploits, unauthorized automation, or other conduct intended to obtain an unfair advantage;
j) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Account, computer system, network, server, service, or other resource associated with the Game or Product, including by circumventing or defeating security measures;
k) use the Game, Product, or any related service in connection with unlawful activity or in violation of any applicable law, regulation, third-party rights, or the terms and conditions of the platform or license through which the Game or Product is provided;
l) sell, gift, transfer, exchange, or otherwise provide any Digital Objects, virtual items, or other in-game assets for money, goods, services, or other value outside the Game, except where expressly permitted by this EULA; or
m) publish false, defamatory, abusive, or slanderous statements directed at developers, administration, or other players across official game channels.

Any use, reproduction, redistribution, or exploitation of the Game, Product, or Game-related content or services not expressly authorized by this EULA is prohibited. In addition to any other rights and remedies available to the User of BLACKWOOD and AttritoM7, reasonably believes that you have engaged in, or may engage in, any prohibited conduct under this clause, it may, to the extent permitted by applicable law, suspend, restrict, deactivate, or terminate your access to the Game, Product, or related services and/or suspend or deactivate your Account, without notice or liability to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this Section shall restrict or prohibit any use or activity that cannot lawfully be restricted under the applicable law of your jurisdiction.

The music and soundtrack contained in BLACKWOOD are protected by copyright and related rights. You may hear and experience the music as part of the Product and may include incidental in-game music within permitted gameplay recordings or livestreams.
Unless separately authorized, you may not extract or distribute original soundtrack files, upload substantial portions of the soundtrack as standalone music, sell or license BLACKWOOD recordings, or register BLACKWOOD music or recordings with any copyright, fingerprinting or Content ID system as your own work.

Certain music or audio may be owned or administered by third-party licensors, who retain their respective rights.

The Product may include engines, middleware, libraries, codecs, fonts, plugins, services or other components supplied by third parties. Such components may be subject to separate license terms or notices. Required third-party notices may be included in the Product, installation directory, documentation or related legal notices.


AttritoM7 may provide updates, patches, bug fixes, performance improvements, compatibility updates, balance changes, security updates, new features or other modifications to the Product. Such updates may add, change, replace or remove features where reasonably necessary for technical, security, licensing, compatibility, development or operational reasons.

Your digital platform may automatically download or install updates. AttritoM7 does not guarantee that every earlier version of the Product will remain available indefinitely. Mandatory rights concerning digital content and required updates remain unaffected.


AttritoM7 may offer downloadable content, expansions, cosmetic items, bonus material, soundtrack Products or other Additional Content. Unless separate terms are supplied, Additional Content intended for use with BLACKWOOD forms part of the Product for purposes of this EULA.


If you obtain BLACKWOOD through Steam, the Epic Games Store or another authorized platform, your purchase, payment, refund, account, cloud-save, achievement and platform-service matters may also be governed by that platform's applicable terms and policies.

Where mandatory platform rules govern a matter controlled by that platform, those rules will apply to that matter.


You acknowledge that you have read and understood Blackwood's Privacy Policy, available at https://attritom7.com/privacy-policy/, which explains how AttritoM7 may collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process your data, including personal data. AttritoM7 may use such data to provide, operate, support, develop, improve, and personalize its Products and services and to understand your use of them.

You further acknowledge that you have read and understood AttritoM7's Cookie Policy and agree that AttritoM7 and its third-party service providers may use cookies, web beacons, and other analytics technologies (collectively, "Cookies") to collect, use, store, and transmit technical and usage information, including device identifiers, IP address, geolocation, device make and model, operating system, software and application information, usage data, account identifiers, session data, browser identifiers, connection type, and carrier information. Your options regarding Cookies are described in the Cookie Policy.

AttritoM7 may transfer, store, and process your personal data on servers or equipment located outside your country of residence, including through third-party service providers. Such data may also be transferred to other countries or jurisdictions where data protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence. AttritoM7 will process your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law.
This clause shall survive the termination or expiration of this EULA to the extent required by applicable law or necessary to give effect to any surviving obligations.

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, bug reports, concepts, comments or other Feedback about BLACKWOOD ("Feedback"), you grant AttritoM7 a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, develop, commercialize and otherwise use that Feedback for any lawful purpose without obligation to compensate you. This does not transfer ownership of your unrelated creative work or original Mod content except as expressly stated in Section 5.


This EULA remains effective until terminated by you or AttritoM7 in accordance with this section 16. Without limiting any other rights of AttritoM7, this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms and conditions. You may also terminate this EULA by permanently deleting all copies of the Product. Upon any termination, the license will automatically terminate immediately, you shall no longer exercise any of the rights granted to you by the EULA, and you shall destroy all copies of the Product in your possession. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to ownership, intellectual property, restrictions, liability, governing law and dispute provisions, remain effective.

In case of serious violations involving piracy, unlawful distribution, deliberate security circumvention, fraud or malicious activity, appropriate legal action may be taken by AttritoM7 to the extent permitted by law.


TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". ATTRITOM7 DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PRODUCT WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION OR ERROR, BE COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE CONFIGURATION, REMAIN COMPATIBLE WITH ALL FUTURE SYSTEMS OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, OR BE FREE FROM ALL BUGS OR DEFECTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATTRITOM7 DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT WHERE SUCH WARRANTIES MAY LEGALLY BE DISCLAIMED. NOTHING IN THIS EULA EXCLUDES WARRANTIES OR STATUTORY RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.


TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ATTRITOM7 AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME SERVICE OR PRODUCT, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE TO ANY SYSTEMS, HARDWARE, SOFTWARE, RECORDS OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

IN ANY CASE, THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE MONETARY LIABILITY OF ATTRITOM7 UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS EULA SHALL BE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE BLACKWOOD PRODUCT DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Equitable Remedies: You agree that AttritoM7 would suffer irreparable harm if this EULA were not specifically enforced. Therefore, AttritoM7 shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief and equitable remedies without bond, security, or proof of special damages.

Nothing in this EULA excludes or limits liability to the extent such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain types of damages or liability. Accordingly, some of the limitations or exclusions in this Section may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights or remedies under applicable law.
This clause shall survive termination or expiration of this EULA.


To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AttritoM7, its directors, officers, employees, and contractors from all claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees and procedural costs) arising from your unlawful conduct, material breach of this EULA, or unauthorized commercial exploitation, infringement of third-party rights through your conduct, malicious Mod distribution, or material breach of this EULA.

Purchases made through a third-party platform are generally subject to that platform's applicable refund policy. Nothing in this EULA limits any refund, cancellation, repair, replacement, price reduction, termination or other remedy to which you are entitled under mandatory consumer-protection law.

If any provision of this EULA conflicts with mandatory consumer law applicable to you, that mandatory law applies to the extent of the conflict.


AttritoM7 shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations under this EULA resulting from the result of force majeure circumstances that arose after the User accepted the terms of the EULA and were beyond the reasonable control of the AttritoM7. Force majeure circumstances include, but are not limited to:

a) natural disasters, fires, floods, earthquakes, and other natural factors and catastrophes;
b) wars, military operations, terrorist acts, riots, or civil unrest;
c) strikes, lockouts;
d) accidents and failures in telecommunications networks or data centres, damage to servers, equipment, or communication channels;
e) power outages;
f) actions of government or regulatory bodies, the adoption of laws or other regulations, sanctions, restrictions, and/or prohibitions;
g) hacker attacks, DDoS attacks, malware, or unauthorized access by third parties;
h) failures in distribution platforms, cloud servers, payment systems, internet providers, and other third parties;
i) technical updates, maintenance, and infrastructure upgrades;
j) other circumstances that the Company could not have foreseen or prevented byreasonable measures.

During the period of force majeure, AttritoM7 has the right to temporarily restrict, suspend or completely terminate access to the Product, without paying any compensation to the User. After the termination of the force majeure circumstances, the Company has the right to restore the functioning of the Product within a reasonable time. AttritoM7 does not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous, or error-free operation of the Product during periods of force majeure.


If you have any complaint, concern, or grievance arising out of or in connection with this EULA, you should, in the first instance, notify us in writing using the contact details set out below.

Upon receipt of a written grievance, we will review the matter and determine whether further investigation is warranted. Where an investigation is undertaken, we will conduct such investigation as we consider appropriate in the circumstances and will notify you of the outcome of our review and, where applicable, the remedy.

If you remain dissatisfied with the manner in which your grievance has been handled or with the outcome of our review, you may pursue any further recourse available under this EULA or applicable law, subject to Clause 23 and without prejudice to any mandatory rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.


This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of laws principles. If any dispute, controversy, or claim arises out of or relating to this EULA, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, parties shall first attempt to resolve the same through good-faith negotiations. If such dispute remains unresolved after sixty (60) days since the first written complaint, either party may institute legal suit or proceeding exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Nothing in this clause limits or excludes any mandatory rights or protections available to you under applicable law.


AttritoM7 may update or replace this EULA from time to time where reasonably necessary due to changes to the Product or Game, applicable law, security requirements, platform requirements, services, or legitimate operational needs. Any replacement version of this EULA will constitute a new version of the EULA (a “New EULA”).

The latest version of the EULA may be made available through the Product, the Game or the relevant platform, or another reasonable location. Where an update materially affects your rights and applicable law requires notice or your consent, AttritoM7 will provide such notice or obtain such consent as required by applicable law.
Where permitted by applicable law, your continued access to or use of the Product or Game after the effective date of an updated or New EULA will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated or New EULA, you should discontinue your use of the Product and Game, subject to any rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.

No updated or New EULA will apply retroactively unless expressly permitted by applicable law or necessary to give effect to a legal, security, or regulatory requirement.

If a New EULA replaces this EULA, the prior version will cease to govern your future use of the Product or Game from the effective date of the New EULA, except to the extent that any provision is intended to survive termination or expiration or is otherwise required to remain effective under applicable law.
If any provision of this EULA is held invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or severed only to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Failure by AttritoM7 to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.
You may not assign or transfer this EULA except where permitted by applicable law or the relevant platform. AttritoM7 may assign or transfer this EULA in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, sale of intellectual property or substantially all relevant assets, subject to applicable law.
This EULA, together with any applicable BLACKWOOD Privacy Policy, additional Game-specific terms and mandatory platform terms, constitutes the agreement between you and AttritoM7 concerning your license to use the Product.
