„With Beastlink we are trying to do something very new. There are three levels of gameplay asymmetry: on foot, in vehicles, and as a Beast kaiju. We’re finding a ton of interesting ways to make this really exciting, but we are in unexplored territory with this level of scale and destruction. We know it’s only possible to find the best experiences by involving the larger community as a true part of our development cycle.

Additionally, our studio is small and independent. We’ve invested a good portion of our lives to making the technology that makes this game possible. The Early Access release allows our small studio to remain independent while maintaining full creative control. Our goal is to have the best possible game at launch - which cannot be done without you, our community members, who will help us realize this vision and make the ultimate kaiju game.“

„Our Early Access content roadmap puts 1.0 launch around Summer 2027. But if new, too good to pass up, content needs to be made based on some amazing discoveries we make with the community, our full game launch timeline may shift.“

„For 1.0 we plan to have even more content - 12 maps based on three real world cities, 8 beasts in total, 10 full story missions with online co-op, and a variety of additional game modes. And that’s just the beginning. We have a full roadmap that includes more beasts, vehicles, and playable content. “

„The current version contains 3 maps, 4 beasts and multiplayer game modes (Convergence & Battle Arena) alongside dozens of weapons and vehicles to utilize. You can play scenarios on our dedicated online servers, progress your characters and kaiju, and wreak havoc. Offline modes are available, and a tutorial & the first few single player missions are included to give you a taste of the story.

The Early Access version will improve significantly and often. We will be dropping frequent updates, with large content drops as each new map, beast, or scenario type is ready. “

Změní se cena hry po skončení předběžného přístupu?

„With so much additional content coming in 1.0, we plan on a higher price point for the full version’s release. Early Access is your chance to get in early and at a lower price. Plus, you’ll be helping shape the game.

You’ll notice the use of ‘Credits’ in the game. These will never be available for purchase. Nothing in this game will ever be “pay to win”. It’s possible that in the far future we may charge for optional cosmetic changes with a different currency, but there are no plans for that right now. Our sole focus is making a fantastic game with a solid earned progression system.“
