Build the parks your city deserves

Every great city needs a place to escape to. The 'Park Adventures' Expansion allows you to add, shape, and customize your city parks, turning them into something truly special. Draw your modular park area, then fill it however you like:  from extensive natural reserves to city zoos and colorful amusement parks. 

Parks aren't decoration. They're destinations. As your parks grow and attract visitors, they level up,  unlocking new attractions and features. Keep your guests happy, your staff funded, and your ticket prices competitive, and your parks will become landmarks that define the city around them.

'Park Adventures' includes:

• A park for every vision: Not every park needs a Ferris wheel, and not every city needs the same kind of green space. City parks bring calm to the urban bustle, with tea houses, botanical conservatories, and garden mazes tucked between the skyscrapers. Amusement parks go the other way entirely: rollercoasters, gyro towers, and the kind of thrills that keep the queues moving.
  If you’re looking for even more space and greenery, nature reserves let you build hiking trails, park lodges, and observation platforms to escape the city entirely and get in touch with nature. And if you want to add a zoo corner to any of them, you can — complete with lions, Indian elephants, and other rare animals in their own enclosures.

• Introducing Park Economy and Management: Parks are now a core part of your city's economy. A dedicated recreation tab gives you city-wide and per-park profit and loss statements, so you always know what's working and what isn't. Control ticket prices, manage staff budgets, maintenance costs, and set policies that shape the visitors' experience. Let things slip, and your parks will show it! Underfunded maintenance leads to dirty, unsafe facilities and unhappy guests. Stay on top of it all and watch the ratings climb.

• New maps, assets, and props: The expansion includes over 100 new assets spanning city park buildings, zoo enclosures and animals, nature reserve structures, and amusement park rides. It also includes new maps specifically designed for you to build the arid, tropical, boreal, alpine, or Mediterranean city of your dreams.
